At Landmark Electric, we know the risk that every job comes with. This is one of the reasons why before every job, the person in charge with each crew has to conduct a job briefing to discuss job information with the crew and set plans, discover hazards and answer questions. These briefings are conducted at the beginning of works shifts, at the start of a job, when personnel are added or removed from the job and when any conditions change that could affect employee safety.

During the job briefing, are discussed items like hazards associated with the job, work procedures, special precautions, protective equipment, utilities and crossing, job layout and points, bore path and materials needed, availability, obstacles, previous damages, weather conditions, private utilities and soil conditions.

If conditions change, that could affect the safety of our employees, an additional job briefing with everyone involved is held.
